New Traffic Control Bylaw 2025-13
Council passed the Traffic Control bylaw on April 16, 2026. This bylaw regulates traffic within urban communities including Langruth, Westbourne, Plumas and Gladstone. Regulations include parking, stopping and standing of vehicles, parking of large trucks, trailers, buses and recreational vehicles along streets, use of golf carts and other small electric motor vehicles and the use of engine retarder breaking systems within and adjacent to town limits.
